General notes:

Please be aware that:

·         Room rates are including breakfast, actual tax and service charge, any change in government fees or taxes will be reflected in the final invoice

·         Rates quoted will be charged by the hotel in Thai Bath

·         Official hotel check-in time is 14:00hrs, check out time is 12:00hrs.

·         Only the official hotel terms and conditions apply

· A reservation fee of Euro 10,00 per room, payable by creditcard, will apply after reservation and will be charged by BTC Group

Specific conditions for this hotel which apply if different from the General Terms and Conditions:

·         Minimum stay of 3 nights

Payment Policy Individual Bookings (max 9 rooms)

·         For individual reservation, guest to pay direct to hotel with credit card guarantee. Credit card provided is for guaranteed only and shall only be charged in case of cancellation or no show as per agreed policy

The reservation will be charged 5 weeks before arrival. Payment should be done 30 days prior to arrival date via invoice/payment link

·         Reservations are subject to room availability

Payment Policy Group Bookings (10 rooms and more)

Full payment by the company is required to confirm all accommodation and related services, with the following deposit schedule:

• 1st Deposit: 50% due by September 2026

• 2nd Deposit: 50% due by December 2026 Complete deposit, payment terms, and conditions will be outlined in the official agreement, which will be provided upon receiving your written confirmation.

Cancellation Policy Individual Reservations

·         Room Cancellation 40 days prior to arrival date, there is no penalty charge.

·         Room Cancellation from 39 days before arrival date onwards, a penalty equivalent to 100% of the total reservation charge will apply

Upon receipt of a signed group contract, if the entire group is cancelled up to 90 days before the event, the hotel will charge the first nights’ accommodation in full for all rooms.

5.1 Cancellation of bookings must be made in writing.

5.2 Cancellation or attrition of accommodation rooms will subject to as follows

A. If you cancel a portion of the accommodation booking, the following cancellation fees apply:

When the cancellation/reduction request is received by the Hotel

Up to 95 Days before contracted arrival date:  First night accommodation for all rooms will be charged

Between 94 to 65 days before the contracted arrival date: 50% of the contracted accommodation charge for all room nights cancelled

Between 64 days and 35 days before the contracted arrival date: 75% of the contracted accommodation charge for all room nights cancelled

Between 35 days and the contracted arrival date: 100% of the contracted accommodation charge for all room nights cancelled

B. If you reduce your accommodation room nights (Attrition)

No show policy

A "No-show" refers to a guest who fails to arrive at the hotel on the scheduled arrival date without prior notice. In such cases, the hotel reserves the right to charge for the full stay as booked.

1. Remark: Please note that there is no smoking room in the hotel. The smoking area is prepared in front of the hotel by the side of the bar. Smoking in the prohibited area will be fined 5,000THB.

Check-in time is 14:00 hrs on the date of arrival. Check-out time is 12:00 hrs on the date of

departure.

For guaranteed early check-in before 12:00 hrs, the daily group room rate will be applied.

For guaranteed late check-out after 18:00 hrs, the daily group room rate will be applied.

For guaranteed early check-in and late checkout is subject to availability.

Check-in before 08:00 hrs : 1 night room charge

Check-in between 08:00 hrs before 12:00 hrs : 50% of the room charge

Check-out prior to 12:00 p.m. : 50% of the room charge

Check-out after 18:00 hrs : 1 night room charge

Any late check-out requests are subject to hotel availability, and may incur additional room costs as

above. Our reception team can be contacted the day prior to departure to assist with arrangements.
