Terms & Conditions: Lebua at State Tower

Lebua benefits inclusions:

• Inclusive of daily buffet breakfast for all room type and club lounge access for stated number of guests when booking Tower Club Suite (*Complimentary alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, canapés, snacks, high tea buffet from 6AM-6PM)

Breakfast: 06:00-11:00am (The guest can choose the below options without advanced reservations)

Buffet Breakfast will be available at Café Mozu on M floor (= 13th Floor). Club

Lounge will serve continental breakfast (simple buffet line + Main dish by order)

• Complimentary daily soft beverages in-room Mini-Bar

• Complimentary Luxury bath amenities

• Complimentary in-suite Nespresso Coffee making machine

• Complimentary in-suite high speed internet access

  • Complimentary Tuk Tuk service from the hotel to Taksin sky train station for every 30 minutes from 07:00 – 17:00 hrs

Complimentary BTS ticket one day pass on event dates, for the event held at IMPACT Bangkok

Remarks:

The rate includes 10% service charge and applicable 7% government taxes. 

The rate is available for VIV Asia Exhibitors and VIV Asia visitors only.

The rate is applicable for single and double occupancy.

The bed type is subject to hotel availability

The same rate can be made available for a maximum of 5 days pre and 2 days after  post event nights

Check-In and Check-Out Times

Check-in time is 14:00 hours. To guarantee rooms for earlier arrival we recommend that room be reserved from the previous night.

Check-out time is noon. Late check-out can be arranged upon request and is subject to availability.

Please refer to the following charges:-

  • Until 18:00 hours - 50% of the agreed room rate
  • After 18:00 hours - 100% of the agreed room rate

Please note that Hotel’s chief concierge will arrange storage of luggage for guests arriving early when rooms are not available, and on their date of departure. All luggages must be clearly labeled to ensure efficient service. Please contact Hotel’s chief concierge directly to get access to your luggage in the Hotel’s storage room.

Early Arrival/Extension of Stay

Pre and post stays would be subject to availability at the time of booking request.

Retention/Early Departure Charges

In the event that a guest checks-out earlier than the scheduled departure date an Early Departure Fee equivalent to your group contracted room rate would become chargeable to the guest own account

SERVICE CHARGE AND TAX

The rates include 10% service charge and applicable government taxes (currently 7 %).

CANCELLATION CHARGE

Accommodations:

Room Cancellation 15 days prior to arrival date, there is no penalty charge for the guest(s). Room Cancellation between arrival date and 15 days prior to arrival, penalty equivalent to one (1) night room charge will apply for the guest(s).

No show policy: No show means failure to arrive at hotel on the day booked for arrival. Hotel to hold reservation until 06.00am on the day after the original arrival date. For late night and early (next) morning arrival with arrival flight information given to hotel, room will be kept six (6) hours after flight landing time. If guest has not informed hotel of the change on arrival date, hotel can release booking and apply 1 night room charge penalty for the guest(s).

If guest arrives at a subsequent date, then guest will not be refunded for the date between scheduled and actual arrival

PAYMENT DETAILS

For individual reservation, guest to pay direct to hotel with credit card guarantee of one night room charge at time of booking. Credit card provided is for guarantee only and shall only be charged by the hotel in case of cancellation or no show as per agreed policy.

Guest’s Own Account Guests/participants will be responsible for all expenses of personal nature like but not limited to room services, telephone, laundry, etc. and would have to settle the same by cash or credit card upon check-out.

All guests would be required to give the Hotel a credit card imprint or a cash deposit, amount would be THB 10,000 net per room upon check-in to cover incidental/personal charges.

METHOD OF PAYMENT

All expenses would require to be settled by cash or credit card by check-out by Guest Own Account.

Dress, Photo, Child and Luggage Policies

Based on the invaluable feedback of our guests, The Dome at lebua adheres to specific policies. Our standards are designed to ensure that all guests of our restaurants and bars are afforded the pleasant atmosphere they have come to expect, and to ensure their privacy, comfort and safety.

Smart Casual Dress Code (The Dome and the Tower Club Lounge): We do not permit athletic or sports uniforms, slippers, beach sandals, and flip-flops. Gentlemen must avoid any sleeveless clothing, shorts, and open shoes.

Please note that our smart casual dress code also applies to children.

Smart Dress Code for Mezzaluna & Chef's Table: We do not permit cap, athletic or sports uniforms, slippers, beach sandals, and flip-flops. Gentlemen must avoid T-shirt, any sleeveless clothing, shorts, and open shoes. Long Jeans are permitted as long as they are worn smartly with fully covered shoes and a collared shirt.

Please note that our smart dress code also applies to children.

Photography

Photography is permitted at our establishments in certain areas, with the exception of select areas. The use of tri-pods, extensions, and external flash units is not allowed.

Children

Children of any age are welcome at Sirocco and Breeze Restaurant.

Children seven years and older are welcome at Mezzaluna, Chef's Table, Sky Bar, and The

Flute Bar if accompanied by an adult. Distil Bar, Alfresco 64, Lebua No 3 and Pink Bar entrants must be at least twenty years old.

Luggage

Backpacks, shopping bags, suitcases and other luggage are prohibited at our outlets. We regret that we cannot provide storage for your personal belongings

Balcony Policy

The balcony must remain locked for guests travelling with children under 14 years of age. 

Balcony Usage Form must be signed upon arrival.

Please acknowledge acceptance of this offer by returning a signed copy of this agreement so that we can load your rate into the system accordingly. We would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your continuous support and looking forward to a long and mutually beneficial association.

Indemnity / Force Majeure

Performance of the Agreement by either party is subject to strikes, acts of God, war, or civil disturbances etc.". Any such incident of Force Majeure which prohibits more than 25% of the delegates to attend the event will be treated as Force Majeure and entitles both parties to terminate the contract without penalty. Force Majeure must include a Government regulation. Cancellation charges in case of dispute about Force Majeure can be negotiated between both parties mutually.
