Guestroom commitment.

Guestroom rates quoted are inclusive of 10% service charges and applicable government tax 7% on room rate and service charge, effectively a total of 17,7%. Hotel reserves the right to adjust the applicable VAT and/or tax according to any change in the government tax law or tax structure

Hot buffet breakfast at the Rain Tree Café for guests in residence is included within the room rate. Breakfast for guests who are not staying in the hotel will be charged at THB 850 ++ per person.

Bed preference is NON-guaranteed and subject to availability upon arrival date

The rates are inclusive of High Speed Internet (Wi-Fi) access. Guest is able to access free Wi-Fi in lobby + public areas if continue the remaining hours from the room.

Non Arrival Rooms/No Show.

Any reserved rooms that fail to check-in / no show on date of reservation will be subject to a penalty

The penalty s calculated based on the agreed scheduled night arrival plus subsequent nights (entire stay)

Hotel hold the reservation until 06:00am on the day after the original arrival date. For late night and early (next) morning arrival with arrival flight information given to the hotel, room will be kept six (6) hours after flight arrival

Reinstatement of the cancelled / no show room will be made subject to availability if room type and rate. No obligation

Room cancellation.

Cancellation without penalty is allowed on or before 15 days prior to arrival of original reservation

Cancellation after 15 days prior to arrival of original reservation  date, 1 night charge will be applied to given creditcard

Check-in and check-out time.

Standard check-in time is 15:00hrs. Check out time is 12:00hrs. Guests arriving before 3:00 PM may store their luggage until a room becomes available.

Guaranteed reservation.

All reservations must be accompanied by a first night room deposit or guaranteed with an individual Credi Card upon making reservation.
